Opportunity Overview

Focuses on internal processes: QEs are primarily concerned with the quality of a product or service within the organization. Ensure production meets defined standards and identify areas for improvement within the manufacturing.

Acts as a bridge between customer and company: QEs act as the voice of the customer within the organization. Focus on ensuring the product meets the customer's expectations.

  • Understand and learn all Teradyne products at Plexus, Bangkok.

  • Implement quality control measures on the production floor.

  • Managing PIP complaints and resolving quality issues reported in PIP.

  • Analyze and maintain the Perfect Installation Plan database.

  • Analyze field service and customer feedback.

  • Participate in reactive problem-solving: Root cause analysis, CAPA.

  • Proactive problem-solving: Inspections, risk hunting, and audits (product and process)

  • Work with NPI, Field Service, Sustaining Engineering, Supply Base Management & Test Engineering team to resolve quality issues.

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering/mechanical engineering.

  • 5 years of experience in either Manufacturing/Process/Fabrication/Design or Quality.

  • Candidates with strong engineering experience are welcome.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Experience with quality control tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC) a plus.

  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience with Electromechanical assembly and SMT Line Process.

  • Knowledge of Six Sigma.

  • Experience with quality control or statistical software.
