Job Description:

• Responsible for building design and remodeling, reviewing manufacturers’ specifications, preparing bids, awarding contracts for specialized equipment, purchasing, construction management, security system design, installation, and record documents.

• Supervises the initial design or renovation of office and industrial structures, award contracts and manages construction, designs and/or procures technical equipment. Projects cost estimates for construction and monitors budgets during projects.

• Designs and/or procures and maintains building systems, equipment, specialized infrastructure equipment, and coordinates installation.

• Interfaces with all departments for facilities electrical requirements/requests.

• Facilitates and supervises vendors in facilities electrical works/projects.

• Works with Purchasing Department in sourcing out vendors for facilities projects.

• Manages the scheduled preventive maintenance program in a timely manner.

• Ensures that works and projects are in compliance with the applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

• Installs and maintains equipment that supports the company’s operations.

• Ensures building assets maintained optimally to support the continuity of operation.

  Qualifications:

  • Must be a Registered Electrical Engineer

  • At least 2 years related experience

  • Must have adept work experience in Industrial Electrical Design and estimates

  • Experience in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of Industrial Electrical Equipment

  • Familiar with the Electrical Code of the Philippines

  • Must be a team player and highly-motivated

  • Can work with minimum supervision with good communication skills

  • Has Project Management skills

  • Well-versed in AutoCAD Drawing is an advantage

  • Knowledge in ISO9001,ISO14001 & ISO50001 Standards is an advantage
