Teradyne Test Technician ( Engineering) in Basak, Lapu-Lapu City, Philippines
Duties and responsibilities:
This position for Test Technician will be working with Engineering Team. He is responsible for supporting all engineering works necessary for improving the quality of Teradyne boards. He/ She is likewise expected to do component failure analysis by decapping and dissecting electronic components and create a comprehensive report. Other responsibilities also include working with the Test Engineer in process requirements, quality improvements, reliability issues, as well as meeting with engineering metrics.
Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required:
• A 3-year course in Electronics Technology or Industrial Electronics with relevant experience in board repair.
• Knowledgeable in electronics board troubleshooting, de/soldering and repair.
• Experience in hardware/software validation and verification for medium and high-end testers is an advantage.
• Goal and results-oriented, assertive and hardworking.
• Computer literate
