Role Functions

Perform incoming and outgoing visual inspection of Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA)

Perform assembly and disassembly of PCBAs

Run required test processes, including activities such as (but not limited to) installing PCBA into testers, attaching/disconnecting interface and power supply cables, installing device interface boards, and running the appropriate test programs.

Interpret test scripts, perform basic failure isolation of PCBAs and follow defined "failure and fix" steps. Escalate undefined failures to Technicians, Engineers, or Supervisor.

Perform repair on low-complex PCBA failures

Perform final preparation of PCBAs and shipping to final quality assurance (FQA) team.

Role Requirements (Must-Have Skills)

Detail-oriented

Good communication skills

Computer literate

Knowledgeable in basic electronics

Knowledgeable in operating basic test equipment such as a multimeter

Knowledgeable in basic soldering
