Teradyne Customer Production Support Engineer in Jubei City, Taiwan
To develop new test program/project.
To train users in using Teradyne testers.
To develop new test methodology/solution.
Execute with the various support teams within Teradyne to deliver on Teradyne commitment to customer. This includes all technical resources engaged with account.
Execute on production technical support activities at the account.
Develop relationship with customer.
Work with the customer test engineers on understanding solving their problems.
Active role in transferring the needed application knowledge from the specifier team into the customer production support team during the release phase.
Work with the customer pro-active on issue prevention.
Basic Qualifications & Skills
Familiar with Teradyne tester, such as J750, Ultraflex...
have testing or ATE experience is plus
well communication skill in both English and Chinese
good attitude to work.
can work under higher pressure and independently.
enthusiastic to work.
Bachelor or higher degree in EE or related fields
