The Teradyne Operations team is looking for a highly-motivated, energetic, driven Planner to focus on material plans that support our customers with on time delivery. The Planner must be a driven problem solver to support customer requests, and project plans while working to reduce lead-time and cost. The planner must ensure that plans are met while working to minimize excess and obsolescence. The planner must be a strong communicator to describe a material plan that supports the customer and describe the costs and risks to do so to Senior Management.

Responsibilities

• The production/material planner is responsible for MRP result analysis.

• Understand weekly MRP planned buy message, release PO in timely manner.

• The production/material planner will in charge of PO release, PO management, expediting, de-expediting and Cancellation per weekly MPR result.

• Be on top of any critical shortages, follow escalation process to address issues to Buyer and/or Commodity management team for speedy recovery plan.

• Monitor suppliers on time delivery.

• Be on top of any PO related issues as PPV, shipping and receiving, accounts payable problems and process RMA in case run into any Supplier quality issues.

• Be in charge of ECNs, communicate ECN changes with Supplier, evaluation material impact, and monitor the future cut in of ECNs.

• Any other all tasks assigned by manager to support HVM planning teams.

• 生産/資材プランナーはMRP(Manufacturing Resource Planning)の結果分析を担当します。

• 毎週のMRP計画購買メッセージを理解し、タイムリーにPO(Purchase Order)をリリースする。

• 生産/資材プランナーは、毎週のMPR結果に従って、POリリース、PO管理、納期前倒し、納期後ろ倒し、キャンセルを担当します。

• 重大な欠品を把握し、エスカレーションプロセスに従い、バイヤーやコモディティーチームに問題を報告し、迅速な回復を図る。

• サプライヤーの納期を監視する。

• PPV (Purchase Price Variance)、入出荷、買掛金の問題など、POに関連する問題を把握し、サプライヤーの品質問題が発生した場合はRMAの手続きを行う。

• ECN (Engineering Change Notification)を担当し、ECNの変更をサプライヤーに伝え、材料への影響を評価し、将来の材料に対して監視する。

• HVM(High Volume Manufacturing)プランニングチームをサポートするため、マネージャーから割り当てられたその他の業務全般

Basic Qualifications & Skills

• BA/BS preferred.

• Related material planner experience, Strong understanding of MRP logic, related purchasing skills PO release, PO management, Supplier management.

• Experience on dealing with ECNs of complex product is a plus.

• Focus on details, focus on result.

• Be flexible, teamwork.

• Must speak, read and write in English.

• BA/BS優遇
