Duties & Responsibilities:
The manager of program management will lead a group of direct reports charged with total ownership of major military programs/projects. The successful candidate will supervise program managers who lead cross functional teams that are focused on the delivery of a product or automatic test system from design to release for customers. The candidate will supervise all program/ project plans, schedules, budgets, contracts, and deliverables. The candidate will identifie needed resources for projects and define and assign major program/project roles. The manager will select, develop and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the program management function. At times, the manager may be asked to intercede directly with the customer on behalf of the division. He will review and evaluate customer requests for proposals and assist in the preparation of bid packages.

Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required:
BS in EE/CS/CE
An MBA desireable
A minimum of 10 years experience in program management with major military programs/projects with
a focus on satisfaction of US government and major military companies' contractual specifications and requirements.
A minimum of 2-5 years of direct management experience or equivalent.
