Teradyne Sr. HRIS SAP SuccessFactors Analyst - Compensation Module in North Reading, Massachusetts

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Global HRIS team as a Senior HRIS SAP SuccessFactors Analyst (Compensation Module).

In this role you will be working within the HR organization alongside HR liaisons to assist in delivering solutions and services for supporting HR processes, data & systems. You will provide end-user support, solve system issues and be responsible for data integrity and auditing, as well as perform regularly scheduled tasks and reports. The HRIS Analyst will have the opportunity to conduct workforce analysis as well as collaborate on future system enhancements and design through assessment, configuration, implementation, rollout and administration of new user features.

You will be a key contributor to make sure HR professionals and business managers have the people data and analytics they need to support HR processes and business decision making. As a part of the Global HRIS team you will be striving for a successful and effective execution of the HRIS strategy and the associated HR technology roadmap.

LOCATION:

This person can sit in our North Reading, MA headquarters.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

HRIS Solutions

  • Provide technical and functional support (Tier-2), working closely with the end-users to fully understand and fix, if necessary, issues that arise

  • Investigate and troubleshoot systems issues, identifying roots causes, and determining solutions

  • Perform configuration work by learning, testing new features in the system and preparing for rollout

  • Conduct regularly scheduled ad hoc data requests

  • Manage the transportation of data into external analytical systems

  • Provide support on projects requiring HR technical resources

  • Ensure HR help desk tickets are resolved in a timely manner

  • Data Governance & Maintenance – Build the data structure and support the governance of master data, ensuring governance processes are run and maintained centrally

  • Global Reporting and Analytics-working with HR leaders to establish priorities for reporting needs. manage the creation, testing and validation of new reports/analytics. Support employees reporting needs driven by compliance and regulation (EEO-1, Disability, Vets 100, W-2 etc.).

  • Access - Define access requirements and manage access to HR data

  • Audit & compliance - Conduct regular Quality Control activities to assure accurate performance of all systems and processes

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & EDUCATION REQUIRED

  • 7- 10 years of overall experience

  • Associates degree

  • Proficient in MS Office- Excel and MS Project and XML

  • Attention to Detail – must be willing to dive into the details to make sure processes are working and data is accurate

  • Analytical – ability to review and interpret data and convert insights into actions.

  • Process Improvement – ability to analyze processes for weaknesses and inefficiencies and identify ways to make processes work more effectively

  • Very good Customer orientation- gain customer trust & collaboration.

  • HR Processes – working knowledge of all core hire-to-retire HR processes as well as their data and global variations

  • Reporting & Analytics – experience building and working with HR reports and analytical tools. Familiarity with common HR KPI’s, metrics, and benchmarks and how they are used to provide insight to Human Resources professionals.

  • HR Systems – familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors, specifically Employee Central, Compensation, Cloud Analytics and Workforce planning (How it structures HR information, process HR data and transactions).

  • Ideally having completed 5 implementation projects of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module.

  • Strong oral and written English communication skills.

  • Dedicated, capable of conducting research, exploiting industry networks and persistently driving process improvements.
