We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional OEM Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Regional OEM Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the strategy for OEM development in the region Northern & Eastern Europe. Working closely with the Global Director OEMs and the regional sales team, you will lead the charge in managing key OEM accounts, driving inbound activities, and fostering relationships with OEMs across the region. You are located in the region, in countries like Denmark or Sweden.

Key responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the Strategy of the OEM development in the region, in close collaboration with the Global Director OEMs and the Regional Sales Manager.

  • Account management of the key OEM accounts in the region.

  • Be proactively part of the OEM Global Team defining and creating the OEM organization to succeed globally (sharing best practice, framework, tools).

  • Prospect new OEM Companies regionally including identification, onboarding, and ramp-up.

  • Act as a liaison between OEM customer and other UR teams (R&D, Marketing, etc.).

  • Responsible for forecasting/reporting of OEM pipeline and performance.

  • Maintain and update OEM account budget.

  • Handle escalation cascade.

  • Task management and pipeline management (Salesforce).

    For you to have success in the position as a Regional OEM Development Manager at UR we imagine you are having following experiences:

  • Account Management experience.

  • The ability to think strategically, conceptually, and to turn strategy into executable milestones in a fast-changing environment.

  • Data-driven mindset and clear understanding of the need for Salesforce data quality.

  • Experience with sales of complex technical solutions.

  • Experience from an international cross-functional role (plus to have).

  • Strong communication skills at all levels in different regions of the world.

  • Experience with navigating in an international matrix organization.

    As a person, you are analytical and structured in your way of working and have an excellent ability to prioritize, enabling you to make a difference to the organization at a tactical level while also performing on the operational level.

    You possess emotional intelligence and self-drive along with strong organizational abilities, coupled with a motivation for sales, relationship-building and meeting customer needs. Furthermore, you demonstrate strong interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
