As our new Revenue Impact Manager, you will be a part of our Revenue Operations department for Teradyne Robotics. We are in a phase of building our S&OP processes on strategic and tactical levels, so great opportunity to bring in your experience and have a say in the early phases of our S&OP journey.
The position will involve close collaboration with the commercial aspect of the business, Sales, finance, Supply Chain & Operations - you will be a central figure connecting the whole business around achieving our Revenue goals. You will report to our Head of Revenue Operations, Said Hussein Hussein.

You will be part of an open and informal environment, where no two days are alike.
Your job will, primarily revolve around improving the conversion rate and on time delivery.
This includes to:
Revenue forecasting, scenarios and report
Rolling analysis of product mix, qty to plan production and sourcing
Analyze revenue scenarios in quarter + next quarter
Order backlog monitoring, analyze risk and remove revenue roadblockers
Track booking and production linearity to ensure “revenue plan”
Build up revenue plan for next quarters based on inputs from sales/OPS
Coordinate daily & and weekly on backlog changes with sales
Monitor requested date vs. confirmed date vs. shipment date
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering against our commits
Track sales & and production linearity to ensure this quarter’s revenue plan
Communicate with sales about inventory levels
Build automated reports and processes in PBI
(Follow up on booking/confirmation/shipment deviations

For you to have success in the position as a Revenue Plan Manager, we imagine you are having following experiences:
Experience in S&OP processes
Brings an engineering or commercial background
Solid user of ERP system “Microsoft AX” and excel spreadsheets.
Big advantage if you know Salesforce and Microsoft PowerBI – Data Analytics
Brings a systematically structured way of thinking
It is an advantage to have experience from a multi-cultural organization
Understanding of LEAN basic principles
How to collaborate with the sales regions, finance, and Operation
As a person, you are analytical and structured in your way of working and have an excellent ability to prioritize, enabling you to make a difference to the organization at a tactical level while also performing on the operational level.
