Talent Program Coordinator for Innovation & Strategy, Odense, Denmark

Ensuring future talent

You will join a fast-growing and successful robotics company, where nothing is impossible. You will be a part of Innovation & Strategy, where you will join a fantastic team with diverse skillsets. As our Talent Program Coordinator, you will be focusing on our setup around student collaborations, our future graduate program, related events, and on practical matters in and around our office facilities. A big part of your job will be supporting, improving, promoting, and especially communicating our talent program setup.

Relevant tasks could be

  • Planning, supporting, and executing activities in our annual wheel of student related activities

  • Performing evaluations of activities and of our talent concepts in general

  • Suggesting and implementing improvements to our talent program

  • Planning, supporting, promoting and participating in external- and internal events (e.g. Project- and Intern Day at SDU, relevant fairs, internal networking events for students etc.)

  • Internal- and external communication of student- and graduate related activities

  • Assist in building the concept for our future graduate program

  • Keeping track and overview of positions, and budgets

  • Administration of contracts

  • Office Inventory control

  • Keeping up workstations and office facilities

  • Practical ad hoc tasks

Passionate and people-oriented

We are looking for a skilled individual, who is passionate about working with young talented people, who are usually well on their way in their studies or are newly graduates. It is important that you are comfortable engaging in many relations, as networking and stakeholder management is a big part of the job. Both internal- and external to the organization.

We’re looking for a candidate that

  • Is highly motivated! Motivation is everything when it comes to making a difference - for the task at hand and for the people you engage with. It is important, that people around us notice that we love what we do!

  • Is willing to learn! You don’t need to know everything - the important thing is that you are, ongoingly, willing to learn. About talent-work, about robotics and about the people you work with!

  • Has a method-driven- and structured approach! A big part of the job is providing support to activities and stakeholders. We work in a matrix organization, so it’s important that you can keep an overview, while also having a sense for detail

  • Is proactive and self-managed! You’ll be working in a dynamic environment, where you often need to see yourself, where your effort is required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent within, for instance, Humanities, Strategy and Management, Economics, HR, or Psychology - alternatively at least 3 years of proven experience, working with talent programs in an international company

  • Insight into talent programs and talent attraction

  • Know how on Employer Branding and the related mechanisms

  • Communicate fluently in English and Danish – verbally as well as in writing
