As a Cyber Security Engineer, you'll play a crucial role as the first responder to our customers' cyber issues. You'll be responsible for supporting, implementing, and managing all tickets related to our security solutions, ensuring timely resolution, and mitigating potential threats detected by our SIEM.

  • Support, implement, and manage all tickets related to Teradyne's security solutions, ensuring timely resolution.

  • Respond to security alerts and incidents, swiftly mitigating potential threats detected by our SIEM.

  • Investigate and analyse security incidents and support cases, providing comprehensive reports and recommendations for remediation.

  • Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security best practices into our network architecture.

  • Stay updated on emerging threats and vulnerabilities, ensuring our security measures remain current.

  • Collaborate with IT teams, system administrators, and stakeholders to seamlessly implement security measures.

  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal teams, fostering a security-conscious culture.

  • Participate in compensated on-call duty, typically averaging two weekends per quarter.

  • Minimum 3 years of IT experience, with at least one year focused on Cyber security.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Cyber Security Engineer.

  • Strong understanding of Cyber Security activities and best practices.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.

  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
