Teradyne Market Support Engineer in Remote, India, India

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with India based customers through product demonstration, installation, and after service of company products. Able to visit customer sites as needed and coordinate internal AE/Service resources to resolve customer requirements.

  • Manage and motivate India distributor and offer in timely support to create win-win business model.

  • Build up connection and relationship with key US chipset companies in India. Align with HQ regarding opportunity, test needs, and competition.

  • Develop long-term relationships with key India based customers through timely, regular visits. Identify business trends and support requirements then coordinate resource from distributor/internal to facilitate business opportunites..

  • Develop and maintain key account relationships based on market analysis, senior level account engagement, technology exchanges and a global ecosystem perspective.

    Qualifiers:

  • BSEE required, MSEE preferred.

  • Technical background with business sense.

  • 6-10 years test and measurement experience in the wireless telecom industry

  • Knowledge of the RF PHY requirements for the wireless communications standards such as:

  • 802.11abgn WLAN, 802.15 Bluetooth 1.0-5.0

  • Cellular LTE/5G

  • Strong passion and ambition to make business successful.

  • Good logic analysis, problem solving, communication, and coordination skills.

  • Efficient engagement, time management, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to travel within India region.
