Event Specialist (1-year contractor)/市场活动专员

Basic Responsibilities

基本职责

  • Formulate annual marketing event strategies and corresponding budgets in alignment with company objectives and market needs.

    根据公司战略和市场需求,制定年度市场活动计划,并编制相应预算。

  • Plan, organize, and execute various marketing activities, including but not limited to exhibitions, new product launches, technical seminars, customer days, distributor conferences.

    策划、组织并实施各类市场活动,包括但不限于展会、新品发布会、技术交流会、客户日、经销商大会等。

  • Manage the event budget, ensuring costs are controlled within the budget limits.

  • Take full responsibility for end-to-end project management of events, including pre-event preparation, on-site coordination and execution, and post-event review and recap. Strictly control the progress of activity, coordinate internal and external resources, efficiently advance project execution, and ensure activities are completed on time and with high quality. drive project progression efficiently, and ensure timely, high-quality execution of activities.

    全面负责活动的端到端项目管理,包括前期筹备、现场统筹与执行、以及事后总结与复盘。严格把控各项活动进度,协调内外部资源,高效推进项目执行,确保按时保质完成活动。

  • Design and produce marketing materials for events, managing the quality and timing of material delivery.

    负责各项活动物料的设计和制作,管理物料交付质量和时间。

  • Analyze key event metrics, evaluate the effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) of each event. Summarize experiences and lessons learned from events, and promptly adjust event strategies. Write detailed event summary reports, continuously optimize strategies and execution plans to improve event quality.

    分析活动关键指标,评估每个活动的效果和投入产出比( ROI )。总结活动经验和教训,及时调整活动策略。撰写详细活动总结报告,持续优化活动策略和执行方案,提升活动质量。

  • Maintain effective liaison with the headquarters event team to ensure local event implementation aligns with central directives.

    确保与总部活动团队的有效沟通,确保当地活动执行符合总部指导方针。

  • Develop, manage, and regularly evaluate various event-related vendors to ensure service quality.

    开发、管理并定期评估各类活动相关供应商,确保服务质量。

    II. Qualifications& Skills任职资格及技巧

  • Bachelor’s degree or above with a major in Marketing, Communications, Exhibition Management, or related field.

    本科学历及以上,市场营销、传播学、会展管理或相关专业。

  • More than 3 years’ working experience in event planning, organizing, executing and management.

    至少 3年以上活动策划、组织、执行及管理工作经验。

  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

    出色的项目管理和组织能力,既有执行的技巧又能关注细节。

  • Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Familiar with software such as marketing automation, Salesforce, and Power BI to assist executing events and evaluating event outcomes.

  • Proficiency in software such as Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign, Video editing would be a plus.
