Teradyne Marketing Specialist in Shanghai, China

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist marketing team members with accurate, timely data enabling the team to take data focused judgments

  • Maintain marketing databases, optimize inbound data sources, and conduct data quality review

  • Assist order administrator for order entering with necessary documentation

  • Work with operation team members for system configuring, slotting, scheduling and shipping

  • Assist regional sales and marketing teams with operational guidelines

  • Communicate order status to have sales update customers and internal stakeholders as needed

  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders, such as pricing discrepancies or shipping delays

  • Process and coordinate shipment requests and assist of any documentation needed to complete the shipments

  • Regular communication with 3rd party shipping companies regarding shipping issues, documentation and process changes

    Basic Qualifications & Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience with marketing software platform/CRM system (Oracle/SalesForce/Dynamics/HubSpot/Marketo/etc.)

  • At least 3 years of experience of database maintenance

  • At least 3 years of experience of data tracking processes on both digital and offline activities

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a marketing

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

  • Excellent communication and Interconnected skills

  • Basic insight of marketing values and concepts

  • Ability to work interactively in a team environment

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality

  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
