Teradyne Sales Order Process in Shanghai, China
Responsibilities
Quote Generation per the approval in Notes and company standard.
Support Sales to prepare business documentation such as bidding doc. etc.
Order entry to Oracle and drive the approval process timely
Order fulfill including LC process, prepayment follow up, shipping preparation with logistics, import/export SOP, AR collection, etc.
Shipment follow up and delivery, assist Sales to obtain the FAC to close project.
Support customer requirement of various documents such as supplier information register, customer CRM platform, confirmation of account Balances etc.
Project document/ database maintenance.
Other necessary assistance to staff to perform their jobs more efficiently.
Administration Support
Accomplish other tasks assigned by supervisor(s)
Qualifications/Skills
Diploma or bachelor's degree, majored in international trading or logistic is preferred.
1 -3 years relevant working experience in commercial or contract management.
Comprehensive knowledge of import & export order processing.
Sense of responsibility and customer service awareness.
Strong interpersonal, team work and relationship building skills.
Good written and oral communication skills in English.
Willing to work under pressure and tight schedule to get things done.
