Responsibilities
Technical Consultant to customers to provide testing solutions
Configure Teradyne solutions based on customer requirements
Maintain Technical Relationships with Customer
Works with Customers to Define Statements of Work (SOW)
Develop and deliver customer Test Program Sets if required by the customer
Work with Sales to define and execute Sales Strategy and tactics
Attend customer meetings with Sales Engineers to solve customer problems with Teradyne Technology
Present Technical Product Presentations
Answer Technical Product Questions
Create and Perform Product Demonstrations
Technical Lead for Customer Evaluations of Teradyne Products
Creates the Technical Response to Customer RFQ’s and RFI’s
Basic Qualifications & Skills
Experience working in the Electronics Industry
Ideally experience using or selling Automatic Test Equipment for board or box level tests
ATE companies: NI, Keysight, Astronics, Spherea, Tester Integrators.
End User at OEMs who use automatic test equipment (BAE, Leonardo, Airbus, MBDA,Thales, Dassault Electronique
Military experience in electronics
Technical Background degree ideally in electronics
Knowledge of programming techniques like C++, C Sharp, etc.
FPGA programming
Understanding of automatic test equipment
Customer facing experience
Ability to interact with customers and lead technical meeting
Presentation experience
Language Skills
English, French at minimum
German and Italian desirable
Clean police record and ability to obtain security clearance if needed
Education
Based in UK or France
Working in France, UK, and rest of Europe using Direct and Value Added Resellers (VAR) Sales Channel
Working with sales to develop International business in Asia using Value Added Resellers including travelling to these countries:
India
Israel (No travel is allowed in this country at present time)
Pakistan (No travel is allowed in this country at present time)
Japan
South Korea
Turkey
Travel is estimated to be 40-50% of the time including travel to Asia, Europe and USA.
